Thank you for shopping with Islands in the Sun BBQ, Inc. We specialize in premium outdoor grills and outdoor kitchen equipment shipped directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Methods

Large products such as grills and outdoor kitchen components typically ship via freight carriers with curbside delivery. Smaller items may ship via standard carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times are 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the warehouse the product ships from.

Dropship Fulfillment

Many products are shipped directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors to ensure customers receive brand-new products with full manufacturer warranties. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments require an adult present at delivery. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is typically curbside only.

Customers should inspect shipments at delivery and note any damage with the carrier before signing.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the continental United States (the lower 48 states).

We do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• Guam

• U.S. Virgin Islands

• American Samoa

• Northern Mariana Islands

• Any other U.S. territories

Orders placed outside the continental United States may be canceled and refunded.
