Program description

Islands in the Sun BBQ (Islands in the Sun BBQ Inc.) sends text messages to customers who opt in. Messages may include replies to your questions, quotes, order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, installation and appointment reminders, and occasional promotions and sale announcements.

How you opt in

You can opt in by (1) submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our Text Updates page, or (2) giving verbal permission when you call us or visit us, after we tell you the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your orders and conversations with us, typically up to 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
