Return and Refund Policy

Islands in the Sun BBQ, Inc.

At Islands in the Sun BBQ, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality outdoor grills and outdoor kitchen equipment. Because many of our products ship directly from manufacturers and distributors and are large freight items, our return policies are designed to ensure fair handling for both customers and suppliers.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship for a full refund.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For freight shipments, please inspect the package carefully and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In new condition

  • Unused

  • Unassembled

  • In the original packaging

  • Include all manuals, parts, and accessories

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Some manufacturers may charge a restocking fee (typically 15–25%), which will be deducted from the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, or modified in any way

  • Products sold as “Non-Returnable” as clearly indicated on the product page

Once a grill or outdoor kitchen component has been installed or used, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned.


Return Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Care Team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Our team will issue an RMA slip for you to print and include with your returned package.

Returns sent without an approved RMA may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.


Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Islands in the Sun BBQ, Inc. include manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims for defective products may be handled directly with the manufacturer according to their warranty terms.

We are happy to assist customers with warranty support when needed.
